Thank you for shopping with Dee Armstrong / BDP, LLC. Because many of the items sold in this shop are digital, signed, limited, or produced in small batches, please review our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)
All digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks, are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered or accessed.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital purchases.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
Physical Books (Signed or Unsigned)
All signed, personalized, or limited-edition books are final sale.
Unsigned books may only be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
If your book arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Merchandise (Stickers, Bookmarks, Totes, and Similar Items)
Unused, non-personalized merchandise may be eligible for an exchange or refund if requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS, though we are happy to assist you in locating tracking information.
